Baby who met Al on the plaza 21 years ago graduates with nursing degree

More than two decades ago, a new mom named Rose Mercado met Al Roker on the TODAY plaza with her 6-month-old baby, Ashley. This spring, Ashley graduated with a nursing degree and will be a labor and delivery nurse in Pennsylvania.
