House approves $3 trillion Covid-19 aid bill

CNN’s Manu Raju reports that the House of Representatives passed a sweeping bill to spend more than $3 trillion for Covid-19 relief, despite opposition from Republicans as well as within their own ranks from some moderates and progressives.
