President Trump on Wednesday threatened to halt federal funding to Michigan and Nevada over the distribution of absentee ballots in those states amid the ongoing coronavirus outbreak that has left more than 90,000 Americans dead. “Breaking: Michigan sends absentee ballots to 7.7 million people ahead of Primaries and the General Eection [sic],” Trump tweeted.
