The City of Lubbock confirmed 11 new Coronavirus cases Thursday, the first time cases have reached double digits in three weeks. The total for Lubbock County is at 650. The city also confirmed eight more recoveries and no additional deaths. So far there have been 423 recoveries and 50 deaths, and there are currently 177 cases still active.
