Illinois governor declares disaster proclamation for cities affected by flooding

Illinois Gov. Pritzker declared a state disaster proclamation after various cities in the state were hit with heavy rain and flooding. The governor urged all residents to continue to take precautions and thanked first responders for their dedication.
