U.S. Cases Rise to New Record; Disney Opens Parks; Virus Update

U.S. virus cases rose 2.3%, a record 71,389 new infections. That compared to a 1.9% rise daily in the last seven days. It was the fifth day in a row of rising cases, according to data compiled by Bloomberg and Johns Hopkins University.
