Russia launches probe into ‘orange’ Urals rivers

Drone images show rivers near the Levikhinsky mine in the Sverdlovsk Oblask in central Russia. Prosecutors on Wednesday said they were conducting an inspection of a facility supposed to treat acid runoff from an abandoned Urals mine after photographs emerged of nearby rivers running orange.
