(Bloomberg) — U.S. virus cases rose 1.4%, below the daily average of 2% over the past week. Arizona reported a record number of deaths in a single day, 147, while new virus cases fell. Florida’s new cases dropped for a second day, as did deaths. California reported another 9,199 cases, above the two-week average.
