U.S. Cases Up 1.4%; Texas Hits 5th Day Over 10,000: Virus Update

(Bloomberg) — Texas reported its fifth consecutive day of virus cases over 10,000, while Arizona reported record deaths. New cases in Florida dropped for a second day, as did deaths.
