Portland mayor: Protests were ‘deescalating’ before federal agents arrived

There were more clashes between police and protesters in Portland, Oregon overnight. Tensions are escalating after federal agents, their uniforms marked only with the word “police,” were seen on video pulling a protester into an unmarked van.
