The US is trying to make a distinction between China and the CCP: Strategist

Richard Harris of Port Shelter Investment Management states that the U.S. is attempting to draw a distinction between China and the Chinese Communist Party, and finding fault with the leadership for stealing intellectual property. However he predicts that the strategy will in no way cause any division in China.
