
On Aug. 10, 1993, Ruth Bader Ginsburg became the first Jewish female and second female justice to serve in the Supreme Court. She was a revered justice in U.S. Supreme Court. She died of complications related to pancreatic cancer at the age of 87 on Sept. 18, 2020.
