Longtime presidential makeup artist Lillian Brown dies at 106

Lillian Brown, makeup artist and occasional confidant to nine presidents, from Eisenhower to Clinton, died last month at age 106. She had a front-row seat for big moments in history, including applying President Richard Nixon’s makeup minutes before he resigned from the presidency in 1974.
