De Blasio: NYC ‘on track’ for Phase 3 reopening on July 6, includes outdoor recreation

During a press conference, New York City Mayor Bill de Blasio announced the city is on track to open up basketball courts, tennis courts and other outdoor recreational areas starting Monday, July 6, as a part of Phase 3.
