Attorney representing Elijah McClain’s family says autopsy was ‘politicized process’

The attorney representing Elijah McClain’s family, Mari Newman, said the coroner who performed the autopsy on Elijah was in an elected position. Newman said, “The autopsy was attended by two members of the Aurora police dept., the very department that killed Elijah McClain…it was a very politicized process.”
