Pakistan wants to win back trust after pilot license scandal

Pakistan’s revelations that a third of its registered pilots were operating on dubious licenses have led to an erosion in its reputation for aviation safety. Now, the country’s information minister tells CNN’s Richard Quest they’d welcome international help fixing the problem.
