Mother Bear Nurses Her Cubs Outside North Carolina Home

A North Carolina resident captured footage of a bear nursing her three cubs outside his home on July 21 after his son alerted him to the situation. Scott Shaw was able to take this video through a window, just meters away from where the family of bears were chilling in his back yard. “My son noticed the mother bear very close to our back door and called me over,” Shaw told Storyful. “I noticed that the bear then leaned back and started to nurse her three cubs,” he said.
