US mask manufacturer offered help for months

Mike Bowen is the co-owner of Prestige Ameritech, one of the last American mask manufacturers in the country. As the coronavirus was quickly spreading around the world, Bowen reached out to the federal government to strike a deal to fill the demand for masks.
