White House testing czar: ‘I can’t recommend’ hydroxychloroquine

White House coronavirus testing czar Adm. Brett Giroir said Sunday that he cannot “recommend” hydroxychloroquine to treat COVID-19 in an apparent contradiction to President Trump’s support of the drug.
