U.S. New Cases Quicken; French Minister Infected: Virus Update

U.S. new cases of Covid-19 accelerated slightly compared to the one-week average. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reversed itself and recommended people get tested if they come in contact with an infected person even if they don’t have symptoms.
