Marseille firefighters equip themselves with a virus-killing robot

Marius, a 500 kg robot mounted on caterpillar tracks that can disinfect a 20,000 m2 area in just three hours, is the latest addition to Marseille’s firefighting team. The robot aims to help firefighters respond to areas where the new coronavirus could be spreading and avoid infection.
