
Millions of gallons of water flowed from Lake Hickory into Lake Lookout after a day of heavy rainfall in Catawba County, North Carolina. Drone footage captured the extent of Oxford Dam’s overflow in Conover on November 12. Catawba County declared a state of emergency on Thursday.
