FBI and LAPD arrest 14 in alleged storefront drug ring run by South L.A. gang

Defendants with alleged ties to the Hoover Criminals gang are accused of selling methamphetamine, crack cocaine, cocaine and PCP from South L.A. storefronts. The indictment also alleges a conspiracy to sell heroin in a state prison.
