Biden picks leave Democrats with slimmest House majority in modern history

President-elect Joe Biden’s decision to tap Reps. Cedric Richmond (D-La.) and Marcia Fudge (D-Ohio) for his new administration will mean Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s fragile House majority – already decimated in the November election – will temporarily shrink by a couple more seats next month.
