On Thursday President Trump heads to Michigan to visit a factory that makes ventilators. The trip comes as he battles Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer on several fronts, even threatening to withhold federal funds over the issue of mail-in voting. NBC’s Kristen Welker reports for TODAY from the White House.
