Gov. Cuomo says it’s ‘too early’ to determine if schools will open for the fall

During his daily coronavirus briefing, New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said it’s too early to determine if schools will be opening for the fall. The state will issue guidelines in June for schools to plan for a number of scenarios.
